    1. Description of the service<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Through the website, users can apply for a free digital city card, which entitles them to discounts at participating partners (e.g. restaurants, cultural institutions, service providers, etc.).<\/span><\/p>

      1. Conditions for applying for a city card<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        There is no fee to apply for a city card. It is valid for 1 week from the date of activation. It can be reapplied after expiry. You can apply for several cards from one e-mail address.<\/span><\/p>

        A valid e-mail address is required to apply.<\/span><\/p>

        The card will be issued in digital format only and will be sent to the e-mail address provided.<\/span><\/p>

        The card is personal and not transferable to a third party.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Using the city card<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          The city card is activated at the first user location after using a paid service. Afterwards, the card can be used to obtain the discounts defined for the other partners. The number of acceptance points is constantly growing.<\/span><\/p>

          The current list of acceptance points and the range of discounts is available on the website.<\/span><\/p>

          The exact content of the discounts is determined and modified by each partner at its own discretion.<\/span><\/p>

          1. Validity<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            The city card is currently valid for 1 week from activation. You can reapply after expiry.<\/span><\/p>

            The provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the card scheme.<\/span><\/p>

            1. Exclusion of liability<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

              The provider is not responsible for the discounts offered by partners, their availability or quality.<\/span><\/p>

              The information on this website is for information purposes only and is subject to change without notice.<\/span><\/p>

              1. Data management<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                The processing is carried out in accordance with the current Privacy Policy, which is available on the website. The user accepts the terms and conditions of data processing by submitting an application.<\/span><\/p>

                E-mail address (required)<\/span><\/p>
