Applying for a city card is free and takes just a few minutes. You can do it in person or online.

Anyone over the age of 14 can apply for a City Card.

Fill in the registration form, all you need is a valid e-mail address.
Virtual card
The digital city map will be sent immediately to the registered e-mail address. We recommend that you save your digital city card on your mobile phone, for example in your photos or in a digital wallet app.
Personal application
Please visit the Baja Tourinform Office (6500 Baja, Szentháromság tér 11.), where our staff will help you with the registration.

What should I do to always have my card with me?
Save your digital city map on your mobile phone, for example in your photos or in a digital wallet app.
I did not receive the email with the card after registration.
Check the "Spam" or "Promotions" folders in your mailbox. If you can't find it there, go to the claim page and use the "I don't have my card" function. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us during business hours using one of our contact details on the back page.
What happens if I change my email address?
Please register a new City Card with your new email address on the website or at the Tourinform office.
Can I give my card to someone else?
Yes, the card works on a show-and-tell basis. However, as it is free of charge, we recommend that everyone registers their own card for ease of use.
How do I use the card?
Simply show your analogue or digital city card to the acquiring partner before you pay. There is no need to download an app to register or use your city card.
I cannot register because the system says I am already registered.
You have probably applied for a card before with the same email address. Please request a new card to be sent using the "I don't have my card" function on the application page.
