This Privacy Policy provides information on the processing of personal data of visitors to the website operated by Baja Tourism Nonprofit Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") and users applying for a city card.

2. Description of the service

Through the website, users can apply for a free digital city card, which entitles them to discounts at participating partners (e.g. restaurants, cultural institutions, service providers, etc.).

3. Conditions for applying for a city card

There is no fee to apply for a city card. It is valid for 1 week from the date of activation. It can be reapplied after expiry. You can apply for several cards from one e-mail address.

A valid e-mail address is required to apply.

The card will be issued in digital format only and will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

The card is personal and not transferable to a third party.

4. Using the city card

The city card is activated at the first user location after using a paid service. Afterwards, the card can be used to obtain the discounts defined for the other partners. The number of acceptance points is constantly growing.

The current list of acceptance points and the range of discounts is available on the website.

The exact content of the discounts is determined and modified by each partner at its own discretion.

5. Validity

The city card is currently valid for 1 week from activation. You can reapply after expiry.

The provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the card scheme.

6. Exclusion of liability

The provider is not responsible for the discounts offered by partners, their availability or quality.

7. Data management

The processing is carried out in accordance with the current Privacy Policy, which is available on the website. The user accepts the terms and conditions of data processing by submitting an application.

We process the following personal data when you apply for a city card:

Name (if provided)

E-mail address (required)

Date of claim

IP address (for technical logging)

The processing is based on the voluntary consent of the user (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Personal data will be processed until the user requests their deletion, but not until the consent is withdrawn. At the user's request, the data will be deleted without undue delay.

9. Amendment

The GTC may be amended unilaterally at any time. Amendments will enter into force on the date of publication on the website.

10. Litigation

These GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to settle the dispute amicably, failing which the dispute shall be settled before the competent court.
