What should I do to always have my card with me?
Save your digital city map on your mobile phone, for example in your photos or in a digital wallet app.
I did not receive the email with the card after registration.
Check the "Spam" or "Promotions" folders in your mailbox. If you can't find it there, go to the claim page and use the "I don't have my card" function. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us during business hours using one of our contact details on the back page.
What happens if I change my email address?
Please register a new City Card with your new email address on the website or at the Tourinform office.
Can I give my card to someone else?
The card is personalised, but as it is free, we recommend that everyone registers their own card for ease of use.
How do I use the card?
Your card will be activated by the service provider after you have used the first payment service.At other points of acceptance, simply show your printed or digital city card before you pay. You do not need to download an app to register or use your city card.
